Step 2: Within one to two business days, you will receive a notification from the Seattle Children’s online onboarding system called RedCarpet, which will provide you with a login id and temporary passcode. Use these credentials to log into RedCarpet and complete the assigned list of onboarding forms within one week.
Step 3: Children’s HR will email you to confirm the receipt of your RedCarpet forms and outline the next steps of the onboarding process. Within one to three business days, you will also receive a separate email with your Children’s network login information for accessing the Children’s intranet and Learning Center.
Step 4: The CRS Access Coordinator will email you a Seattle Children’s Orientation Checklist that outlines additional required forms and training items. Within one week of receiving your Children’s network login information, complete all orientation checklist requirements and email the completed and signed checklist to email@example.com.
Step 5: Within one to two business days, the CRS Access Coordinator will send you an email confirming that you have successfully completed all onboarding requirements and that access to the Children’s electronic medical record system has been provisioned.
For questions, please contact the CRS Access Coordinator, firstname.lastname@example.org.
