Bezos Immunotherapy Pilot Awards

Funds are available through the Bezos family Immunotherapy Initiative to support pilot projects in immunotherapy by Consortium investigators.  Projects will be awarded for one year with the possibility of a second year of funding, depending on progress and productivity.

The objective of this pilot funding is to support research that will provide data to enhance the competitiveness of future applications for NIH or other federal funding, foundation grants, or industry support. Priority will be given to innovative, proof of principle studies that if successful are deemed to be competitive for future funding.   Interdisciplinary approaches to research on the basic biology and immunobiology of cancer that is related to developing novel or improved immunotherapies are encouraged.

A maximum of 6 projects will be awarded of up to $75,000 direct costs plus full F&A costs.
